Meet Chef T!

Hello everyone...I'm Chef Tenae, but you can just call me Chef T! First of all, let me share a little secret...food is my passion and serving is my lifestyle! As long as I've been breathing, I've experienced the love and laughter that emanates from delicious and warmly presented food! I strive to share that same energy through Nibbles by TM! 

I attended and graduated from the Culinary Arts program at Fayetteville Technical Community College. I also graduated from Fayetteville State University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Hospitality Business Management. 

I spread love through my food! Whether it's the health conscious weekly meal prep or the full buffet at a small catering event...the love is always there. But what I truly love is making beautiful charcuterie boards and platters! So if you are looking to impress at the office function, wine and dine your significant other, or just enjoy a board of plentiful snacks and goodies, look no further!
